The Café Schmus at the Jewish Museum Berlin is open to museum guests and restaurant guests not visiting the museum. The aromatic cuisine takes traditional Jewish cuisine in a creative new direction. Pork, shellfish, and crustaceans are generally not on the menu, but the food preparation is not kosher.
A balanced breakfast buffet and fresh coffee specialties are on offer in the mornings and range of regional and Mediterranean dishes at midday. Alternatively, enjoy a snack between two exhibition segments or relax with a coffee and a slice of homemade cake or cookies. The light-filled Glass Courtyard is a haven all year round and the spacious garden a summer oasis in the hustle and bustle of the city.
We rent out our café areas exclusively for your event in the evenings outside of the museum opening times. The café has been run by Kofler & Kompanie since September 2011. We would be happy to arrange your event in the Jewish Museum Berlin rooms.
